Substantial Procurement Consultancy and Training Projects in 2018

The partnership led 2 substantial long-term consultancy and training projects during the year focused at improving Procurement Performance:

• One in Ireland with a multi-site private Hospital Group
• One in the UK with a Pet Products organisation. Mark Henderson has been working with Armitage Pet Care. We reviewed their procurement capability and identified a number of development areas. This led to us creating and implementing a best in class procurement process with the Armitage team covering their entire spend including their significant purchases from China
